From the walkthrough to the first text

Step 1: The walkthrough
Thuy or a supervisor walks the space with you, about half an hour, and asks when you open and when you'd like it ready.
- 02Within two business days
Step 2: The written quote
A scope sheet by room and a price for the nights you pick, within two business days.
- 03First night
Step 3: The first night
The lead tests the floor in a corner with you present and sets the schedule. The glass and floor nights are booked on a quiet evening.
- 04Every visit
Step 4: Every night after
Zaire sends the photo text at the finish. If something needs a decision, the text says so.

Anything above a short step: upper windows, signs and awnings go to a window specialist. We'll say who.

Questions about this service
Do you clean second-floor windows?
No. We work from the ground or a short step. Upper floors need a specialist with the right access equipment.
How often should floors be buffed?
It depends on the traffic and the finish. We say what we see at the walkthrough and put it on the scope sheet.
Do you clean the sidewalk?
We sweep the apron in front of your door. Pressure washing the sidewalk is a separate job.
