After-hours cleaning for Savannah shops, studios and small restaurants

Clean an hour before you unlock, with a photo to show it.

Bull & Bay sends night crews to shops, studios and small restaurants in Savannah. You choose the ready-by time. When the crew finishes, your phone gets a text with photos of the front door, the floor and the restrooms.

  • Ready-by time in writing
  • Photo text at the finish
  • Alarm set before we leave

The night, step by step

From your lock-up to the text on your phone

Here is a night in a boutique that closes at 6 p.m. and opens at 10 the next morning, with a ready-by time of 9. Studios and restaurants run the same steps at their own hours.

  1. 01
    After close

Step 1: You close, and you leave

The crew arrives after the last customer, not before. Your alarm code comes from the key log, and the door is locked behind the lead.

  2. 02
    First pass

    Step 2: The sales floor

Floors edge to edge, fixtures dusted within reach, display glass wiped. Nothing goes back in a different place.

  3. 03
    Second pass

Step 3: Fitting rooms, counter, restroom

Mirrors, hooks and curtains, the register counter and card reader, the restroom cleaned and restocked from your supplies.

  4. 04
    Last pass

Step 4: Back room and trash

Stockroom floor, kitchenette, mop heads washed and trash out to your bins.

  5. 05
    Check-in

    Step 5: The photo walk

The lead walks the room against your scope sheet and photographs the door, the floor, the fitting rooms, the counter and the restroom.

  6. 06
    Ready-by time

Step 6: The text, then the lock

You get the photos and a line on anything moved or left undone. The alarm is set, the door locked and the time sent.

What lands on your phone

Each visit ends with a text from the night lead: five or six photos, a line about anything we moved or couldn't do, and the time the door was locked. These frames are a sample.

The promise

The ready-by time is written down.

At the walkthrough you pick the time the room has to be ready, at least an hour before you open. It goes on the scope sheet, and the promise page says what happens if we miss it.

  • If the crew will miss the time, the lead calls you before it, not after

  • If a room isn't finished at your ready-by time, it's credited on your next invoice

  • The photos come from the lead's own phone, on the same text line every night

Pricing

What the written quote is built from

We don't print a price list, because two shops the same size can need very different nights. The walkthrough settles each of these.

  • Rooms and square feet

Sales floor, fitting rooms, studio rooms, dining room: each type has its own line.

  • Nights a week

One, two, three or five nights, and which ones.

  • Fixtures and floors

Restrooms and kitchens take the most time; so do tile, grout and wood that needs care.

  • Access and the ready-by time

Alarm, parking near the door, a lane to load from and how early you need to be ready.

The crew

The people who hold your key

Sixteen of us work nights. Each account has one lead who knows the room, and the lead is the person who texts you.

Thuy walks every new space herself, writes the scope sheet and sets the ready-by time with you.

Leads the studio and salon accounts.

  • Lizbeth Abundis

  • Salman Alam

From shop owners

What owners say about the morning after

“I open at ten. By nine-fifteen I've seen the fitting rooms and the front floor on my phone, and I know before I park.”

Sienna R.Clothing boutique owner

“They asked what the floor is made of before they brought a mop. The studio floor has not looked tired since.”

Amber T.Pilates studio owner

“One night the lead called at six to say the walk-in floor needed another hour. We opened on time and she finished while we prepped.”

Questions owners ask first

How is the price decided?

From a walkthrough: the rooms, the nights a week, the fixtures and floors, and the access. You get it in writing within two business days. There is no price list, because two shops the same size can need very different nights.

Do I have to be there?

Not after the first night. You hand over a key or a code once, the lead keeps it in the key log, and the lead sets your alarm before leaving.

What is in the check-in text?

Five or six photos from the lead's phone, a line on anything moved or left undone, and the time the door was locked. It comes to the number you choose.

What if the room isn't ready by my time?

The lead calls you before the ready-by time. A room that isn't finished at that time is credited on your next invoice. The promise page has the whole of it.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry general liability insurance, and a certificate with the limits goes to you or your landlord on request.

What if something is broken?

We photograph it, text you by morning and talk about the repair. The terms page covers breakage, missing items and lockouts.
