Privacy policy

Bull & Bay Cleaning collects the details you give on our forms (your name, phone, email, business and the times you open) to reply to your request and to plan a walkthrough.

We keep codes and key locations out of forms and email; we ask for them by phone.

We don't sell your details. We use them to run your cleaning service, to send the photo check-in text and to keep records the law asks for.

Texts about a request carry message and data rates. Reply STOP to end them.

To see or remove what we hold, call or email us.
