What a night covers, room by room
Sales floor
Floors vacuumed or damp-mopped edge to edge, baseboards and corners, shelves and fixtures dusted within reach, fingerprints off display glass.
Fitting rooms
Mirrors wiped, floors cleaned, curtains straightened and hooks dusted.
Counter and register
Counter, card reader and screen wiped. Glass cases are cleaned outside, and inside only if you leave them unlocked for us.
Entry and restroom
Door glass inside, mats shaken out, the restroom cleaned and restocked from your supplies, trash out to your bins.
How it goes
From the walkthrough to the first text

Step 1: The walkthrough
Thuy or a supervisor walks the space with you, about half an hour, and asks when you open and when you'd like it ready.
- 02Within two business days
Step 2: The written quote
A scope sheet by room and a price for the nights you pick, within two business days.
- 03First night
Step 3: The first night
You meet the night lead, hand over a key or code once and agree where the photos go. The lead sets your alarm before leaving.
- 04Every visit
Step 4: Every night after
Zaire sends the photo text at the finish. If something needs a decision, the text says so.

Before we arrive
Lock the register drawer and put cash away. Tell us which displays we don't touch, and where the supplies live.
What we leave to others
Stockroom shelving, window-display staging, sealing wood floors and anything on a ladder. We'll say who to call.
How the price is set
By the rooms, the nights a week, the floor type and the ready-by time. The quote lists each one.

Questions about this service
Do you move my displays?
Only to clean under them, and then back to the same spot. If a display has to stay put, mark it on the scope sheet and we work around it.
Can you clean while we're open?
Our crews work after you close. A day visit for a spill or an event is a separate request, and we'll say whether we can fit it in.
Do you clean the window display?
We clean the glass at ground level. Staging, props and anything above the reach of a short step are yours or a specialist's.
