Thuy Lac
Owner, runs every walkthrough
Thuy walks every new space herself and writes the scope sheet.
About the crew
The people who hold your key
Thuy Lac started Bull & Bay to clean shops she walked past on her way to work. Sixteen of us work nights now. Each account has one lead, and the lead is the person who texts you.
Zaire Settles
Night lead, glass and floors
Leads the storefront glass and floor-care nights.
Shavonne Durham
Night lead, studios and salons
Leads the studio and salon accounts.
Lizbeth Abundis
Night lead, restaurants
Leads the restaurant crews. Speaks Spanish.
Salman Alam
Floor care
Buffing, scrubbing and the floor-care nights.
How we work
Three habits behind every night
One lead per room
The same person cleans and texts you, so the photos always come from someone who knows the room.
Written, not remembered
The ready-by time, the scope sheet and the key log are on paper, not in someone's head.
Honest limits
We say what we leave to others, such as hoods, ladders and floor refinishing, and who to call.
Meet Thuy at the walkthrough.
She'll walk the space with you and write the scope sheet.
