The before-opening promise
What we promise, and what happens if we miss it.
You choose a ready-by time at the walkthrough, at least an hour before you open. It goes on the scope sheet. This page is the whole of the promise.
A ready-by time on your scope sheet
A photo check-in text at the finish
A call before the time if we will miss it
The terms
In plain words
The ready-by time
You and Thuy set it at the walkthrough, at least an hour before you open. It is written on the scope sheet and changes only in writing.
The photo check-in
At the finish the night lead texts five or six photos and the time the door was locked. The photos are taken against the scope sheet.
If we will miss it
The lead calls you at least 30 minutes before the ready-by time. You decide whether to open late or to open with the room as it is.
If a room isn't finished
A room that isn't finished at your ready-by time is credited on your next invoice. The credit is that room's share of that night's visit, never more than the visit.
What it doesn't cover
A room we couldn't enter, a changed alarm code, an item not on the scope sheet, or a delay caused by access we were told was available.
Telling us
Call or text the night line, or tell Thuy. Please do it the same day so we can see the room as it was.
Questions about the promise
Do you guarantee the room will be perfect?
We promise the ready-by time and the photo text. A room that falls short is credited as the terms above say.
Who sees the photos?
Whoever you give the number to. We send them to that number and don't post them anywhere.
Can the ready-by time change?
Yes, in writing. Tell Thuy, and the new time goes on the scope sheet before the next night.
Want the promise in your scope sheet?
Thuy will write your ready-by time on it at the walkthrough.
